Our brothers and sisters in the Middle East also send their greetings, and on their behalf, we pass along sincere, heartfelt gratitude for your generous support. Your financial gifts to ReBridge are passed on to select ministry partners who provide food, shelter, clothing, medical care and schooling to refugees in the name of Jesus. As we expressed in our last email, there is GREAT need in Lebanon due to the previous and present wars, the collapse of Syria, coronavirus lockdowns, the depreciation of the Lebanese currency (one year ago $1=1500 Lira, now $1=8950 Lira), and the collapse of the banking system (depositors cannot withdraw their own money). Amidst all of this, many are coming to faith in Jesus Christ through the ministries of our partners there. However, the basic needs of the people must also be met. Our partners require financial support to continue the work of providing food and shelter for the ever increasing need in the country.
GOOD NEWS! A ReBridge ministry partner has generously offered $150,000 in matching gifts to provide more aid for food and shelter. That means your tax deductible donation will be doubled 100 percent! Our ministry partners Nabil Costa, with LSESD, Pastor Jihad Haddad, True Vine Church, and 1,000 Lighthouses have proven financially accountable.
