We are excited to share with you the incredible journey we've embarked on during our recent 7-day mission to Lebanon. It has been a journey filled with solidarity, adventure, and most importantly, the undeniable presence of God.
Our mission began in eastern Lebanon, where we were deeply moved by the tireless efforts of local ministries in Zahle and the Beka'a Valley. These brave brothers and sisters are dedicated to bringing God's love to refugees and orphans, despite the challenges they face.
Venturing further into the heart of conflict, we found ourselves in the south of Lebanon, where the echoes of War reverberated through the ancient streets of Sidon and Tyre. Amidst the chaos, Jesus' presence in our small group shines a beacon of hope and encouragement to those we encounter.
As we shared meals, we felt the rumble of bombing, each moment became a testament to the resilience and unwavering faith of those we support. Throughout our journey, divine appointments abounded, revealing God's hand at work in Lebanon. These encounters underscore the importance of being open to His plan for future divine appointments, as He orchestrates every detail for His purpose.
Fueled by our spirit of adventure and guided by the call to action in Matthew 28:19-20, we set our sights on Turkey, where Antioch awaited. Ravaged by earthquakes, our brothers in Antioch are an amazing example of hope in Jesus amidst the rubble. With hearts ablaze and full of determination, we rally alongside Pastor Hamdullah, Elmas, Larry Mills, and the church in Altınözü, continuing to tackle the challenges that lie ahead.
Armed with the promise of Philippians 4:13, we embrace the adventure that awaits, knowing that through Him who strengthens us, all things are possible. Now that we have journeyed to Turkey, we continue to carry with us the spirit of His mission and the assurance of God's presence.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers as we navigate these challenging times. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Blessings,
Kalim Andraos, John Mark Fuller, Mat Haley, Gray Nichols
